Sensor amplifier substrate for 24V: K-PCBA24
The K-PCBA24 is required when driving the motorized stage using the EE-SX1103 using a motion control board or programmable logic controller (PLC) without using our controller. Generally, a photocoupler is used in the sensor input circuit of these control devices, and an operating current of about 10mA is required. Also, the sensor current is DC24V. However, our motorized stage with a built-in EE-SX1103 sensor operates at DC5V and can only flow an output current of about 1mA, so it cannot be directly connected to these control devices.
In such a case, if you incorporate the K-PCBA24 as a sensor amplifier, the power supply voltage will be 24V DC and the maximum output current will be 500mA.
