If you select External in the image processing section, the light source inside the sensor head is turned off, enabling measurement of an external light source.

The H410 series can measure wavelengths from 450 to 940 nm.
When shipped from our company, it is calibrated according to the wavelength of the light source inside the sensor head.
Therefore, when measuring at a wavelength different from the light source wavelength, an error occurs in the angle of the measurement result due to the effect of chromatic aberration.
Regarding the angle error, we will prepare the data as a reference value.
Please contact us to request the wavelength and angle error data you are considering using.
