This is a set of 6-axis controllers equipped with a 3-axis opposed stage and automatic alignment software that can be used for the development and evaluation of the latest waveguide-type devices such as AWGs, splitters, SiP, and LN. The linear 3-axis stage is also equipped with a 2-axis manual angle adjustment mechanism. If you don't need a angle alignment each time, EW30 is the best choice. |
