Suruga Seiki APAC & Taiwan president Alex Wu was invited to be the keynote speaker from the technical forum of “2023 Optical Communication & Silicon photonics Workshop” hosted by ACE Solutions in July. Silicon photonics technology is using for not only at Data Center sever but also for electronics and Bio Photonics sensor, EV LiDAR, and new generation of AI HPC server. Alex introduced on how Suruga solutions meet customer requirements of wafer/chip level testing, package by Suruga’s key components, alignment module and alignment system. These processes could be from RD, engineering pilot-run to mass production. Suruga Seiki anticipates to build up the technical &business model ecosystem together with Taiwan partners so as to contribute our efforts for next golden era of semiconductor industry.
